1. Our new security/RFID access system is finally functional and the security committee and the board of directors would like to make sure it performs optimally. Please make sure that your email address and phone contact information is correct. Also, please note that any information on your account can be updated using the new Resident Information Form. Email Security@TheHeightsAtPorterRanch.org AND Office@OasisPrivateSecurity.com for the form. Use it to request new RFID tags and to update your guest list too.
2. Remember that you are responsible for the conduct of any individual you grant access to the HOA and thus you are responsible for any stop sign violation fines they may incur.
3. Interested in volunteering as a board member? Please submit your self nomination form, maximum 100 words, to the property manager via email or mail no later than 5/5/25.
